Jo Franklin

Jo Franklin, 74, of Van Buren, AR, died Thursday, February 3, 2012 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born August 9, 1937 in Chillicothe, TX. She was a bookkeeper and co-owner of Hobart Sales & Service in Van Buren. Preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Senorah Trice; a sister, Benita Huddleston; and a grandson, Marshall Franklin.

She is survived by her husband, Leonard Franklin of the home; two daughters, Jefferee Franklin of Bella Vista, AR and Denise Franklin of Van Buren, AR; three sons, Daniel Yates Franklin of Van Buren, AR, Steven Franklin of Van Buren, AR and Clayton Franklin of Lee Creek Community, AR; 13 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, February 6, 2012 at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel in Van Buren, AR with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren, AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be Scott Huddleston, Jerry Bradshaw, Mike Bradshaw, Matthew Franklin, Mitchell Franklin and Leslie Dutton.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mark Huddleston, Cody Franklin, Austin Geis, Matt Fox and Jeremy Roberts.

The Family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8 P.M. Sunday, February 5, 2012 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
