Judy Ann Bercher

Judy Ann Bercher, 63, of Fort Smith, AR, died Thursday, September 27, 2012 in a local hospital. She was born May 10, 1949 in Walnut Ridge, AR. She was a cashier at Harps in Fort Smith for 14 years and worked at Cox Communications in Fort Smith for many years. She was preceded in death by a grandson Kiefer Neal.

She is survived by her husband David Bercher of the home; two daughter, Melinda Long and her husband John of Van Buren, Lisa Yancey and her husband Mike of Van Buren; two sons, Ricky R. Richesin of Van Buren, Darrell Bercher and his wife Maria of San Antonio, TX; two brothers, Mitchell Emery of Tecumseh, OK, Ronnie Emery of Van Buren; 8 grandchildren, Jonathan Long, Stephanie Long, Stacey LaRue, Kevin Neal, Tyler Bercher, Cole Bercher, Dillon Bercher, Kyah Bercher and a great granddaughter, Ryan Long.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Calvary Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Long, Kevin Neal, Mike Yancey, John Long, Ronnie Emery Jr., and Blake LaRue

The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 1, 2012 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
