Kaleb Bryant Pearson

Kaleb Pearson, 17, of Van Buren, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at his home. He was born August 14, 1998 in Fort Smith. He was a student at Van Buren High School, was a member of the ROTC, and attended the Family Worship Center. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Tommy Davis.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Karen and Jimmie Pate of Van Buren; his father and stepmother, David and Rose Pearson of Seattle, WA; four brothers, Tyler and Ryan Pearson of the home; Austin Pate of Fort Smith, and Griffin Duffy of Seattle; maternal grandmother, Dean Davis of Fort Smith; paternal grandparents, Sharon Taylor and husband Franklin of Fort Smith, and Jimmy and Linda Pate of Fort Smith.

Funeral service will be 11:00 Friday, September 18, 2015 at the Family Worship Center, 501 North 17th Street (17th and Baldwin Streets) in Van Buren, with a private burial at Macedonia Cemetery in Uniontown, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Adam P., Aaron P., John M., Zach P., Josh W., and Carmelo Santana.

The family will visit with friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren.
