Kathy Lee Grimmett

Kathy Lee Grimmett, 55, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, died Sunday, December 5, 2010 in Fort Smith. She was born May 23, 1955 in Miami, Oklahoma. She was a member of The Central Freewill Baptist Church in Central City, AR. She was preceded in death by two sons, Clinton Grimmett and Nathaniel Grimmett; and one daughter, Deborah Grimmett.

She is survived by two daughters, Trina Escalante of Fort Smith, AR and Shannda Bailey of Chester, AR; one son, Sonny Grimmett of Alma, AR; one sister, Mary Crow of Broken Bow, OK; 10 grandchildren, Jeffery, Keara, Larisa, Elizabeth, Sharon, Taylor, Mackenzie, T.J., Jayden and Sarah; and one great-grandchild, Cooper.

Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 9, 2010 at Hall Cemetery Pavilion in Natural Dam under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Richard Crow, Jerry Crow, Eddie Langley, Jeffery Grimmett, Rebecca Hobbs, and Justin Graham. Honorary pallbearers will be Dan Phair, Travis Cooper, and John Crow.

The family will visit with friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, December, 8, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR.
