Mrs. Laverne Justice, 86, of Natural Dam, died Tuesday, September 13 in a local hospital. She was a retired waitress, with the Broadway Grill in Fort Smith, and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Justice.
Graveside service will be at 10 am Friday, September 16 at Salem Cemetery in Cedarville, AR with interment at Salem Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
She is survived by a daughter Sandra Atkins of Natural Dam, AR, five sons; Walter Lenik of Natural Dam, AR, Ronald Carney of Puller, GA, Wayne Carney of Rincon, GA, Mike Carney of Palmer, AK, Carlton Carney of Fort Smith, AR, Seventeen grandchildren, and Twenty-Four Great-Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Frank Fox, Dennis Peters, Ronnie Carney, Walter Lenik, Shawn Lenik, and Fairon McDowell.
The family will friends from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday, September 15, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren.
