She is survived by her husband, Don of the home; three daughters, Courtney Blair of Fort Smith, and Brittaney Taylor and Amber Martin both of Sallisaw; two sons, Chris Chism of Bigelow, and Nick Wallace of Eufaula; her mother and stepfather, Carol and Kyle Wolfe of Fort Smith; a sister, Cindy Horton of Booneville; two brothers, Bobby Blair of Rudy, and Paul Blair of Fayetteville; and four grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. A family-hosted memorial service will be held at a later date.
