Peggy Davis, 75, of Van Buren, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022 in Fort Smith. She was born November 3, 1946 in Oklahoma to the late John and Nellie (Williams) Bentley. She had worked for Hubbs Veterinary Clinic.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Ray Davis; and a son, Steven Thompson.
She is survived by a sister, Alta Bentley of Van Buren; two brothers, Bobby Bentley of Mountainburg, and Leon Bentley of Arkansas; three grandchildren, Shelly Thompson of Roland, Kaylee Ross of Oklahoma City, and Jon Thompson of Orchard, IA; and six great-grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
