He is survived by a daughter, Dawn Marie Randall of Boise, ID; a son, Michael Puckett of Portland, OR; two stepdaughters, Tara Terkildson of Alma, and Marie Wood of Mountainburg; a stepson, Andrew Terkildson of Alma; two brothers, Royal Puckett and Curtis Puckett both of Eagle, ID; eleven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Family-hosted memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 2, 2017 at the Alma Community Building. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
