Wanda Brown

Wanda Brown, 87, of Van Buren, Arkansas, died Monday, January 17, 2011 in Fort Smith. She was born June 9, 1923 in Crawford County, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a Christian. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Guy Brown.

She is survived by two sons, Billy Earl Brown and his wife, Lillian of Mammoth Spring, AR and Charles Leon Brown and his wife, Marsha of Figure Five Community, AR; three sisters, Dortha Henry of Witcherville, AR, Bernice Robertson of Arlington, TX, and Carol Ann Harrelson of Fort Smith, AR; one brother, Bobby Ray Davis of Witcherville, AR; 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Dripping Springs Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Melvin Williams, Bob Brown, Brad Williams, Randy Henry, Darrell Henry, and Barry Brown.

The family will visit with friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR.
