Alessandro Jacoli

Alessandro “Alex” Jacoli, 69, of Vancouver, British Columbia, passed away on March 1, 2026, in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Born on June 1, 1956, in Italy, Alex spent most of his life around Vancouver's UBC area, where he enjoyed life’s simple pleasures and the beauty of the outdoors. He loved riding his bicycle along familiar paths and spending time in nature. Alex also had a passion for drawing realistic art and often spent quiet hours creating detailed sketches both by hand and digitally.

Alex will be remembered for his warm spirit, calm nature, and genuine kindness. His gentle presence and thoughtful character left a lasting impression on those who knew him.

One of Alex’s favorite places was the Grand Canyon, whose vast landscapes and quiet beauty reflected the peaceful natural places he loved throughout his life.

Alex married Cindy Tran, they shared 25 years together. Their life together was filled with companionship, shared memories, and meaningful moments.

A funeral service will be held on March 10 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Vancouver Memorial Services and Crematorium.
