Kaskamanidis, Alexandra, born Mar. 7, 1938 in Greece. Passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family. She leaves behind her loving husband George, her devoted daughters Tanya (Gary), Jiota (Leo), adoring grandchildren; Evan, Nicholas, Alexandra, George, Natasha and ever-loving nephew George. The matriarch of our family and many others, her boundless love, her kindness, generosity, wisdom and her tireless efforts to help all who knew her have been our greatest teachings. She never failed to fill our hearts. Love you endlessly, our beautiful mama. Thank you for being our great warrior. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Mar. 24th at 11:00 am at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 4500 Arbutus Street, Vancouver. Father Odisseys Drossos officiating. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Leukemia or Lymphoma associations through Vancouver General Hospital would be appreciated.
