

Born June 12, 1948, in Guangzhou, China, Angela lived a life defined by resilience, curiosity, and generosity. After immigrating to Canada, she and David built a successful career as restauranteurs, where her warm smile and love of conversation made every guest feel like family. Her restaurant became more than a place to eat—it was a welcoming gathering spot filled with laughter, stories, and the comforting aroma of her favorite dishes.
Angela’s vibrant spirit shone through in everything she did. She loved socializing, shopping, and meeting new people, always taking a genuine interest in the lives of others. A sharp and insightful thinker, Angela had a lifelong passion for business and finance. Her keen sense for opportunity and wise investments reflected her entrepreneurial heart and determination to create a lasting legacy.
Those who knew Angela will remember her for her kindness, generosity, and boundless energy. She inspired those around her with her optimism and zest for life, remaining curious and engaged with the world.

Angela is lovingly remembered by her husband David, sons Bruce and his wife Hwie, Wayne and his wife Theresa, Edmund and his wife Wendy. She will live in the hearts of her granddaughters YuLing, AiLing, Kayleigh and Sophia and her grandson Lucas. She is also remembered by her sibling, extended family and a host of friends.
A service to remember the life of Angela will be held at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel 1835 East Hastings Street, Vancouver on Saturday, November 22 at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park 3789 Royal Oak, Burnaby.
Angela will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
