My mother, Tang Binxia, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2025, at the age of eighty-eight.
Throughout her life, she yearned for freedom. Her nature was as pure and lucid as a spring brook in early March—simple, innocent, and unguarded. What she longed for most was to ride freely across boundless lands. Now, she has been released from the body that once constrained her, and has become a gentle breeze, continuing her gallop across the vast open fields.
