I just heard the sad news of Chrissy's passing. We worked together for a while and I always loved her love of life. She would help me through a bad day.  She made me smile and laugh with stories of her lovely girls and her animals.  I will remember her always with love in my heart. 

THANKFUL. One word, so many reasons. I am so grateful my journey in this life crossed with yours. 

Bonded by the beach, a love for animals and critters, and a love for genuinely just enjoying and living life, no matter what hand you were given. Your open arms and generous spirit are things we all should  aspire for. 

THANK YOU!  Thank you for showing me what a real one is. Loving me like a sister and giving tough love  Thank you for teaching me that I need to stick up for myself.  (You always told me that I was too nice for my own good! )  You'd be proud of my progress  But above all 
Thank you for introducing me to your beautiful daughters.  Letting me be a part of their lives. They were your everything. I will always be there for them and check in with them.  I always promised you I would, I will never fail at that.

I send all my love to her world;  Meghan and Emma, as well as her  Mama and Dad and family and friends. 

You are so missed Chrissy 💜

My dear Chrissy,  it's so hard to believe you are gone.  
I'm so sadden that we never got to meet in person but have been internet friends from afar.  I first met Chrissy about 17 yrs ago in an online game called Party Poker.  We became quick friends and communicated on Yahoo Messenger.  We had so much fun playing in tournaments and getting our fake chippies!  lol  Once that game was over,  we still remained friends on "Hoo" as we called it and then moved on toFacebook.  
When Trump was voted in as president here, Chrissy kept urging me to get out of here and come to Canada.  Of course her sweet generosity was telling me I could just stay at her house till I could find a place.  She was serious!   She was such a fun loving, caring person.   I know how much she loved her girls, Emma and Meghan.  My heart is breaking for them and her Mother Renate.  My favorite photo of the girls was when they was covered in mud.  lol  What fun!  They both look so much like Chrissy.  I'm really going to miss chatting with her,  she was one in a million!

Chrissy, Chrissy where do I begin?? I love & loved you so very much.  I moved away, far away but you were always extremely close in heart. This world was so very privileged to have you and all of your amazing intricacies! We had a way of communicating, a way that many may never understand. We had a respect, a dignity within each other that was silently understood...you were my sister, my friend, my escape, my "pick me up", my clown, my future Co-Mother In-Law...lol! You never asked me to be anybody but me and vice versa! The fact that you're not here today is not ok with me, in fact it sucks B*LLS! The knowledge that I will never see your quirky face or hear your wonderfully obnoxious phrases or laughs destroys my heart! We were supposed to sit in our rocking chairs or wheelchairs 1 day making fun of the world around us...causing havoc in our Old Age Homes!! I MISS YOU, I LOVE YOU! My wish is that you are up there orchestrating an amazing future for your girls, Meghan & Emma, watch over them Mamma...Guide them Always ❤

I have many fond memories of Christine. Most of them from the early years when we were both growing up and with family celebrating Christmas’s together in North Delta on 115 th and later in the house by Scottsdale mall. We’d play in the backyard  together with Neighborhood friends and in the livingroom watching WWF wrestling TV. I always remember her pretty bedroom and playing numerous funny board games and with times with ChiChi there family dog dancing. Jamie and I were only 12 at the time and Christine much younger but we’d still
Find time together to crack jokes at the dog and get into mischief.  She always had a terrific sence of humour. Sometimes Jamie and I would be in tears laughing. In the later years after our girls were born I spent times visiting Christine at her place with Megan and Emma and exchanging ideas with our new roles into motherhood. She would always joke around with me and we’d crack each other up. Christine was a very loving person. I remember she would always get seated with my mother who wasn’t always well at the time and I can clearly remember her being very kind to my mom,  playing many games with her and chatting with her to keep her company. In the more recent years I had only seen Christine a handful of times but I always enjoyed her laughter. She had a wonderful joyful laugh and she and I would share in the comedy of the family dinners together and really get a kick out of what was happening in the moment. Looking back I will always cherish those early days and continue to remember Christine happy and full of life. She will be greatly missed and loved by me.  I wish I had seen more of Christine as we aged and that our kids were able to reconnect  as they aged as well. I will keep her fresh in my thoughts and in my loving memory always.

Chrissy, never did I expect to be writing something like this to you, you always told me I’d go first cause I was fat but I said ugly always went first, anyone that truly knew the relationship my cousin and I had would understand stand how much love was behind that statement. She was like my sister. My relationship with my whole family was always a bit rough, no fault of theirs, just how it was but no matter how things were with anyone, this between us never changed. We used to always joke about how her and I were the black sheep of the family but I was the blackest of sheep. I remember everytime as a kid always excited for family gatherings because I get to see my cousin, we were unstoppable except when her brother who when was younger was a dick  to us, he liked to bug us cause I think he knew all the beauty in the family was put into us two 🤷🏼‍♂️ It’s really hard for me to explain all my thoughts about her, I could really talk for hours, she was truly one of the most Important people in my life. I moved to Alberta 10 years ago, her and I never lost touch and still talked about almost everything. The thing I loved the most is no matter what I did or was doing she never had judgement on me and always loved me the same, people that know the life I lived will understand. She was always my light in a dark place and the annoying noise in a quiet place, she is someone I can never forget or stop thinking about. For me, she is the meaning of love as there are few people I care about as much as I do her. I will stop here before I run out of space. Chrissy I love you to the moon and back, take care of my two brothers up there and Oma of course, If you see Tom which I doubt please tell him that I’ll deal with him later. I hope you’re at peace now, we will be together again. I promise to always watch over your girls, even if they don’t know I’m there. I’ve always got your back and you know it. I love you 🤟 

Christine you have left this world way to soon.  I remember you as a little girl so adorable, Butch and I put you in the middle of the bed and said you were the perfect doll. You grew up to be a beautiful woman. This is so sad. When I see your daughters they will always remind me of you. The only comfort I have is knowing you are with Butch, and all our loved ones. You will be in our hearts forever, and missed by all. We love you so very much. Until we meet again.

Awe Christine, I have so much to say, but it would take too long. I remember you telling me that I was your favourite Auntie, but then you probably said that to all you’re aunties. I also remember you Correcting everyone’s spelling on Facebook which was so annoying. Lol. We are going to miss you terribly. It is not fair that you kids are leaving this earth before us your parents. Something is terribly wrong with this world for this to keep happening. I’m so sad for your beautiful girls but I thank God they have their father and family. I pray that you are with my Aaron and Continue living in spirit together .  I love you Christine and we will all be together as a family again soon.

Chrissy, I remember the day you were born..and what a loved little girl you were by your family. I moved away shortly after but kept in touch and when we moved back I got to know you as a young lady....then saw you become a mother of 2 of the most beautiful girls. I know you must have been soo very proud of them....we got to spend lots of time getting to know them when your parents would bring them to stay.....
To Emma and Meghan...As you mourn the loss of a very special mother, may you find strength in all of your wonderful memories together. She will never be far from your heart.

After being in Alberta for 13 years Uncle Fred and I came for a visit to Vancouver to see our niece Crisssy. We were both welcomed with open arms and love from her and her kind funny generous spirit made our trip so fun and memorable. 
We were both so impressed with her two daughters Emma and Meagan and said what a great Mother she is.
Christine your pure beautiful heart will be missed by this Aunty. Xoxo 

I remember Chrissy well as her mom and I worked together. My best memories are her coming in with her babies and toddlers. She was such a wonderful, caring mother. Her girls always came first.
