謹擇於2026年03月16日上午11時30分於孟碧珊世界殯儀館(306 East 11th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5T2C6) 舉行告別儀式，敬邀諸位親友蒞臨告別致意。

My beloved son De Yi Chan passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026, at the age of 42.

A Funeral Service will be held on March 16, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at Mount Pleasant Universal Funeral Home.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend and pay their final respects.

The family kindly requests that flowers be omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to BC Children's Hospital or BC Cancer Foundation.
