Fai Ying Wong was born in China on September 15, 1921 to parents Wai Chow and Tai Chow, She obtained her Canadian citizenship in 1969. She had lived in Vancouver on Georgia Street, Parker Street and Sherbrooke Street.
She was married to Yue Tong Wong for 40+ years.
In Canada, she had worked in the sewing and farming industries.
She enjoyed sewing, knitting and cooking. She really enjoyed growing flowers and vegetables.
She was predeceased by her husband Yue Tong Wong in 1996.
Fai Ying Wong is survived by her two sons (Gordon and Colin), Colin's family, and her brother and his family.
The family of Mrs. Wong wishes to extend our thanks to family and friends who have always been there throughout her life.
As her spirit lives on, she wishes all these people health and happiness.
