Gwenneth Joyce Alice Gann, age 98, of Vancouver, British Columbia passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. Gwenneth Joyce Alice Gann (nee Jones) March 12 1925 - March 15 2023 - 98 years young. Our dearest mother and friend has left us to join her beloved soldier-boy Harman Theyer. Born in Brighton England, Gwennie first journeyed to Canada in 1946 with a bevy of War brides and baby Angela aboard the RMS Queen Mary and she has spent 77 happy years here in East Vancouver. Today she is honoured by two daughters Angela (Michael) and Merrilyn, two grandsons Joshua (Carling) and Zachary (Kelly) and five treasured great-grandchildren Jackson, Bennett, Leo, Aubrey and Zoë.
