Judith Ann Fouchier

Our mum was the most positive, generous, kind, loving and strong woman. She would tell strangers their kids were beautiful, she chatted with every check out person and every waiter/waitress and genuinely wanted to connect with them. She won over more nurses than we can count. Everyone who knew her said she was lovely, and she truly was. My sister and I never doubted that she loved us and she never doubted that we loved her. Mama bear we miss you so much!

Judi was predeceased by her beloved husband Ted. She is achingly missed by her family, especially her daughters Wendy, Beth (Scott), her step-daughter Kelly and all of her grandchildren. Her family meant everything to her. We offer our love to mums best friends Kara Lynne and Brooklyn and Sharon.

Spread kindness and love. Smile at a stranger, make a baby giggle, hold the door for the next person, treat the car behind you at Tim’s in her honour.

We love you Mum and you will always be here with us, playing cards and laughing!

Grief, I've learned, is really just love. It's all the love you want to give, but cannot. All that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in the hallow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go. -Jamie Anderson
