Judith Louise Rowell

Judy passed away peacefully on December 31, 2023, with family and friends by her side. She was predeceased by husband Bill, and brothers-in-law Gordon and Don. Judy will be missed by sons Mark (Michelle) and Brad, sisters Pat, Fran, and Marian (Lon), nieces and nephews, and many friends. Judy was born and lived in Vancouver. Judy was about family, and friends. She looked forward to visiting Nova Scotia with her West Coast sisters to visit her East Coast sister and family. Judy made many friends over the years, through work, neighbours, annual Osoyoos vacations, the Fit and Not so Fit group, and more recently at Shannon Oaks. Judy had many interests including travel, quilting, gardening, shopping, and watching musicals. She was always concerned about others and will be missed. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Judy’s memory to St. Paul’s Foundation (helpstpauls.com) or a charity of your choice. A memorial service will be held at Shannon Oaks, 2526 Waverley Ave, Vancouver on Monday, January 22, 2024 starting at 1:30 pm.
