

On Tuesday, November 1, 2022, Rev. Ezra Shui Cheung Ng, devoted husband and father of one, passed away just short of his eighty-fifth birthday. Ezra was born November 26, 1937 in Shanghai, China, the youngest of four children in a Christian family. He graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Shanghai Teacher's College. After God called him to dedicate his life to ministry, he studied at China Theological Seminary in Hong Kong. He was involved in various ministries and pastored churches in the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Canada for over 50 years. Even after his retirement, he served as an advisor to various churches.
Ezra was best known for his love of the Lord, pastoring churches, and evangelistic broadcasting. He is survived by his wife, Bik Shan Phoebe Ng, their son, Caleb, daughter-in-law Karla, grandson Trevor, Ezra’s eldest brother Rui Lin Wu and nephew Edwin Yuet Yan and his wife Suk Fan Leung.
