He is predeceased by his wife Margaret (2009), and survived by his daughter Sherry, sons Bob (Donna), Ken (Victoria) and Bill; grandchildren Paul and Darrelle. Aside from his family, Gord was most proud to have served his country during the Second World War as a member of the Royal Canadian Navy.
