Born on December 15, 1950, in Hong Kong, Stefan was the beloved son of the late Wing Mow Leung and Fung Yiu Wong.
He was deeply committed to his family and took pride in being a nurturing and supportive father, uncle, and grandfather. He will be remembered for his calm presence, kind nature, and the strength with which he supported those around him.
Stefan is survived by his loving partner, May Chow; his daughters from his previous marriage to Ilen Toy—Jessica (Brian) and Jennette (Jovan); and his two beloved granddaughters, Hana and Natasha. He also leaves behind his siblings: Edward (Gaily), Diana (Nelson), and James. He was predeceased by his brother Vic.
Stefan’s kindness, generosity, and gentle spirit will live on in our hearts.
The service at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel will be followed by a reception lunch.
