It is with great sadness that the Diep family announce the passing of their beloved sister and good friend, To Linh Diep of Vancouver, BC. She was born on December 25, 1951 in Saigon, Vietnam and passed away peacefully at Vancouver, British Columbia on December 25, 2024 at the age of 72. Our heartfelt condolences to the Diep family at this time.
