Wai Fun Chow 周惠芬

周惠芬女士於1942年2月7日在香港出生，年幼時曾回廣州讀書，並在當地遇上一些好友及鄰居，與他們維持了一段長久及良好的關係。回港不久以後，她的父親離開世界，所以她一直勤奮工作，承擔照顧一家的責任。

在工作期間，她遇上了好友梁倩玉女士。其後結識了何詠欣先生，並於1968年結婚。他們一直深愛對方並同心持家。婚後育有三名子女，大女兒肇智、次子健志及幼子嘉志。雖然她本人沒有接受太多的教育，但卻非常重視子女的學業，鼓勵他們努力向上。在1995年舉家移居加拿大溫哥華。 及後三名子女相繼成家立室，並誕下孫兒銘𧙗及孫女銘研。一有假日，爺爺嫲嫲便盡量與子女及孫輩出遊，一家和樂融融。

綜觀周惠芬女士一生，她喜愛飲食及與親朋戚友玩麻雀耍樂。待人真誠，亦重視友情，除了與弟弟妹妹有良好關係外，也和結識多年的朋友楊思韶女士、關露露女士和關莉莉女士建立了長久的友誼。她不但喜愛香港及溫哥華的生活，也熱愛去不同的地方旅遊。她於2025年12月5日在加拿大溫哥華與世長辭，享年83歲。

Ms. Chow Wai Fun was born in Hong Kong on 7 February 1942. She studied in Guangzhou and then moved back to HK in early 1950’s. During her stay in Guangzhou, she met some classmates and neighbours and maintained a life-long relationship with them. Her Dad died in his late 30’s. Wai Fun started working in her early teens and supported the family's spending for a long period of time.

She was hardworking at work and met her close friend, Ms. Leung Sin Yuk. She got married to Mr. Ho Wing Yan in 1968. They loved each other greatly and raised the family together. They have 3 children. Her daughter is Cynthia, her elder son is Kinson and the other son is Raymond. Wai Fun did not have a chance to finish high school but she put emphasis on her kids’ education and encouraged them to study and work hard. The family lived in HK until 1995 when they moved to Vancouver. In the following years her children got married. Her grandson Samuel and granddaughter Eirena were born. Ms. Chow loved them dearly and travelled with them a lot.

She liked eating and playing mahjong with friends and relatives. She also valued friendships and relationships a lot. Apart from having good relationships with her siblings, she also made many good friends such as Aunt Siu, Aunt Lolo and Aunt Lily. She maintained all friendships in good standing.

She enjoyed her life both in Hong Kong and Vancouver. She also liked travelling and went to different places of the world.

She died peacefully on 5 December 2025 in Vancouver, Canada at the age of 83.
