It is with great sadness to announce the passing of beloved wife, mother, daughter, and sister, Xiao Ya (Cindy) Liu of Richmond, BC. Xiao Ya was born on October 28, 1971 in Chongqing, China and passed away on August 2, 2024 at the age of 52. Our heartfelt condolences to the family.
