Ngan Ying Low July 3, 1933 - May 18, 2022 Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, Ngan Ying Low, was born on July 3, 1933 in Poon Yue, China and passed away on May 18, 2022 in Burnaby BC, at the age of 88. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Xiao Ji Yang, his daughters Linda (Matthew), Lori (Ken), sons Ken (Linda), Benny (Winnie), grandchildren Rachel, Megan, Madeline, Hannah, Kaiden, Jordan, Vincent, Cynthia and Evan. He was pre-deceased by our mother, Chun Kok Low. We would like to express our thanks and gratitude to the staff at Mount St. Joseph and Burnaby hospitals for their kindness and compassion during dad's care.
