Mona "Mickie" Smith, a longtime resident of Clark County, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2011. She was 85. She was born on September 17, 1925 in Bear River, Colorado and graduated from Ridgefield High School in 1943.
Mickie was married to Lloyd "Smitty" Smith who passed away in October of 1985.
Mickie is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Connie Turnbull and Mike and Sandy McElveny and Bob. She has five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and her life long childhood friend, Thelma Brigham.
She was preceded in death by her five brothers; and four sisters.
Her service will be held at Vancouver Funeral Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 21, 2011 with a reception to follow.
