Rudolph Rudy P. Maier

It is with great regret and sadness that I inform you of Colleen and Rudolph's passing. Colleen passed after a prolonged and valiant battle with Alzheimer's peacefully January 16, 2017. Rudolph passed away at Saint James Hospital in Butte Montana April 25, 2017, while traveling to see family and friends. Rudy had some medical issues that caused us to have him admitted there. The issue turned out to be heart related. Admitted and diagnosed Dad was taken to surgery for angioplasty we expected to continue our trip after surgery and a day of observation. However God had other plans.

A service to remember Rudy and Colleen will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the Vancouver Funeral Chapel at 110 E. 12th St Vancouver, Washington 98660. Military honors and committal prayers will follow at Northwood Park Cemetery 16407 NE 15th Ave. Ridgefield, WA 98642. Condolence may be sent to 2801 NE 80th St Vancouver Washington 98665.

Rudy often reminisced fondly of his time in Burbank school days and his friend Ray.
