It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of an incredible Spirit. During the early morning hours of April 28, Mrs. Barbara Ann Lavine, recently of West Rotunda, departed leaving her High School sweetheart and husband of 63 years Francis Lavine.
Barbara also leaves her two surviving sons, Michael and Scott, and her grandchildren - Samantha, Andrew, Craig, Daniel, Timothy, Jessica, and Nathan. Barbara was a wonderful Great-Grandmother to three great-granddaughters.
Barbara is survived by her sisters Diane Stokosa and Marlene Lohmeyer, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Barbara now joins her daughters Karen and Kathy, daughter-in law Renee’, her sister Joan, and her parents in peace.
Barbara was many things to many people in and outside the family. Trusted friend, advisor, and confidant. Personal physician, from her nurses training, caregiver, and impeccable hostess.
She will always be remembered as an amazing Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Friend, Florist, Mentor, and Hostess.
