Chantel D. Allen

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chantel Dian Allen RN, BSN, CCRN, CEN, EMTP, (Green) (Englewood, Florida), born in Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Chantel Allen graduated from Lake Ville Memorial High School, University of the State of New York – Regents College in 2002 with an Associate’s degree in Nursing and held her Bachelor of Nursing from Graceland University in 2005. As a RN, Chantel held many certifications and was profoundly dedicated to helping those in need. She went abroad for mission trips in Africa and in Russia where she made life changing connections and continuing impacts on many communities. Chantel will always be remembered for her quirky personality, ambition, dedication, and passion to help others. Family and friends are welcome to donate to St. Jude’s or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father, Dale Franklin Green; and her brother Jason Green. She is survived by: her mother Patricia S. Green of Arizona; husband, John Allen of Englewood; her sister; Stacy E. Green of New York; son Jamal Epperson (Los Angeles); and newphews and nieces Zachary Green and Jacob Green of Alaska; and Hannah Green and Rece Green of Michigan.
