Irene Elizabeth (Milak) Lubold was born on October 17, 1932, in Buffalo, New York, to Irene (Galos) Milak and David Milak. A proud graduate of Riverside High School, Irene carried her Hungarian heritage throughout her life, expressing it through her love of cooking, dancing, and music.
Irene had a flair for sales and hospitality, working professionally in hair color sales after cosmetology school and later serving as the banquet and sales director for Holiday Inn.
However, her greatest passion was her family and the extraordinary life she built with her late husband, Kenneth Lubold. Together, the adventurous couple traveled to every US state and numerous countries, enjoying fishing, cruises, and exciting casino visits. Irene especially loved entertaining and hosting memorable family gatherings.
Above all, she treasured her roles as a wife, mother, and grandmother.
