Jon, I remember days when Bobby and I ran around your parents property exploring and having fun. It was so great to reconnect with you years later and reminisce about our fun years growing up. It is comforting to know that you are now in heaven with your father Ray. Your kind and gentle spirit will live on. Until we meet again, Rest In Peace Jon. All my love and prayers to Anne, Josh and Joel.

     Jon, we've known you since you were ten. Your brothers and you and our son and daughter played together, laughed together, enjoyed one another.  You have always had a good heart, and a passion for adventure. You flew early in your life, then  you soared above the clouds, and you served your passengers with a smile, a gravity of purpose to bring them safely home, and a sense of personal accomplishment. You were pursuing your dream.
     You were blessed with good parents who loved you, and you lost your father way too soon. You missed him so much as did we, and your sorrow ran deep. Now you have followed your father to your eternal destination, and we imagine you soaring as never before. Safe journey good man, your life also was way too short. The Lord bless you and keep you in His loving embrace.

Jon was such a kind and quiet soul. I have the fondest memories of him growing up and going to school with him. I was in shock when I heard about his passing. My deepest condolences to his family and friends! 
"May God be with you in your time sorrow and comfort you in your time of loss. Until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand."

Jon, was a good friend and  was like a brother to me, we had a very nonjudgmental friendship where we could talk about anything.  As I sit here thinking back about all the long bike rides we went on in our younger years, we would talk about anything and everything or sometimes just ride silently knowing we were there for each other.  We had a lot of good times together fishing, biking, or just taking a walk.  
I remember lots of good times grilling late at night on our porch, when we lived in state college, trying to get the charcoal to light in cold damp weather.  Then watching Star Trek and eating chicken that had a unique flavor of lighter fluid and barbecue sauce because we had to use so much lighter fluid to get it started.
Jon, you will be missed!
