Kathy was my boss and mentor in the 1990s. We stayed in touch throughout the years and I was able to express my profound gratitude and appreciation for her guidance and friendship. She truly changed my life and I am forever grateful ❣️

Kathy was always so full of life.  So glad we were able to reconnect in Florida. Truly going to miss her!

I look up to my grandparents’ love so much. I will be so lucky if I can find someone who loves me half as much as they love each other.

We made the spontaneous decision to see a third show on our last full day in the city. She absolutely loved Six the Musical and said she would never miss an opportunity to see it again. We were in the middle of making plans for her to come to Chicago in June so we could see it again together ❤️

When we saw the Harry Potter play in NYC, she wanted to take a picture with the Slytherin sign- even though she couldn’t be further from a Slytherin. She was the kindest person I knew.

Such a wonderful, gifted individual, always had a smile on her face.
We enjoyed time together on Thanksgiving, Christmas, dinners out and we were looking forward to many more happy times together. Kathy will definitely be missed by many. Love you cousin!💔🙏

We had such a good time at Great America one summer.  Aimee, Ro, Sammie, Julianna, and KK.

Oh Kathy we will miss you.  We only got to know you and Dave for a short time, but so glad we were given that opportunity.   Our small group will not be the same without you!

Always genuine and authentic.  I am so grateful that you were a part of my life.  A true sister in Christ.

Growing up around the Byrne family KK was an integral member. She made everyone around her feel so loved and so safe. She took the time to learn her grandkids friends names and make them feel like her own. She will forever feel like my grandma as well. She will be greatly missed. ❤️

The first time I met aunt Kathy was at Cobblestones in Bridgeport for trivia. There was a tie, so aunt Kathy and I had to arm wrestle to determine the winner. Aunt Kathy sure gave me a run for my money, we laughed and laughed the rest of the night. Anytime we would get together the air would be filled with stories and laughter, if you knew aunt Kathy you know how she could light up a room. I’m so grateful we saw her in January, but still can’t comprehend that it was the last time. Sending all our love to you uncle Dave during this difficult time.

Kathy and I had so many conversations about our strong faith in god. So many meaningful conversations about the love of our husbands, children, grandchildren, siblings, and friends. She was so grateful for such a blessed life.  I refuse to say goodbye but I will always cherish our first hello. Rest in peace girlfriend.  Condolences to everyone who is in pain over loosing her.

We are so sad about KK's passing. We enjoyed visiting with her and Dave, whether at Thanksgiving, Christmas, or the theater.  We are thinking of you KK, Dave, and the entire family. Rest in peace KK , I know you are with  my Mom in Heaven.

I am deeply sadden at the loss of KK she was a fun and wonderful
person and I have some great memories of her . The one thing we
shared was the love of food and the chance  to visit and talk while

You were the best. I have so many core memories that you are a part of. You were such a huge personality. You were a star. I take solace in the fact that you lived such a full life. I know you had a ton more things to do. You always did. From 31st st To Cali, from N Carolina to Florida. And all points in between. Wherever you went you made good friends and always remained yourself. Here’s to you Aunt Kathy. We will never see her like again. May the old gods and the new hold you in their embrace. Valar Morghulis.

We did  not have enough time with you dear lady. We had plans! I am grateful we got to know you and Dave. And even more grateful that we will see you again one day in heaven. So this is not goodbye, but see you later.
