Margaret R. Dunn

Peggy was born on July 25, 1943, in Baldwinsville, New York, to John and Rose (Krystosik) Polech. She grew up in a close knit family and carried those values of love, loyalty, and warmth throughout her life.

Peggy found joy in life’s adventures. During her husband’s 20 years in the United States Air Force, she embraced every new place and experience with curiosity and appreciation. At home, she enjoyed the simple pleasures that brought her happiness—being an avid reader, playing bingo, and trying her luck at roulette. Her laughter, easygoing spirit, and kind heart made her someone people naturally gravitated toward.

Above all, Peggy treasured her family. She is survived by her three children, Kristine Richardson (Jay), Katheryn Murray, and John Dunn (Denice); her four grandchildren, Michael, Stephanie, Jon, and Alivia; and her four great grandchildren, Mason, Evan, Kara, and Owen. Peggy is also survived by her three sisters, Nancy O’Neill (Hugh), Anne Benjamin (Benji), and Terry Shutts, along with a multitude of extended family members who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John P Dunn of 36 years, and by her parents, John and Rose Polech.

Peggy will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her devotion to family, and the many lives she touched with her warmth and kindness.
