Richard led a long and full life marked by dedication to his work and devotion to his family. After earning his bachelor's degree, he pursued a career as a Ford District Sales Representative. His professional path reflected both his commitment to excellence and his deep connection to the automotive industry that helped shape the city of his birth.
Throughout his life, Richard valued family above all else. He is remembered with love by his children: Richard Sicard, Patricia Watkins, Ronald Sicard, David Sicard, and Michelle Emsley. He also held a special place in his heart for his stepsons, Michael Daugherty and Steven Daugherty. Richard was predeceased by two of his children, Linda Sicard and Bobby Sicard.
