Sandra Jean Schoen, 83 from Venice FL. passed away May 30, 2025. She was born on March 23, 1942 in Batavia N.Y. to the late Frank and Marion Peck. Sandy was married to her husband Jack Schoen who predeceased her.
She is survived by her son Christopher Schoen of Venice and her sister Suzanne R. Peck, and her wife Maria E. Pereira of North Port, FL. She worked at United Hospital, in Port Chester, N.Y. as the Director of Cardiology, Vascular and EEG. until her retirement in 2000.
Sandy loved and enjoyed her work as a volunteer coordinator, and puppy raiser for Southeastern Guide dogs ( now Dogs Ink, Inc.) She also loved taking photos of the puppies, and celebrating with the puppy raisers the puppies graduating the program.
