Victor will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him, and especially by his brother, Laurence Biggs, who survives him and will forever cherish his memory. Victor was a pillar of his community, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. He dedicated many years of his life to working for a nonprofit organization devoted to supporting individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease—a cause that reflected his deep compassion and selflessness.
