Edgar Conaway

Edgar was a welder and pipecutter for more than 32 years. He belonged to the United Association for 60 years, was a member of the American Legion in both Camarillo and Ventura and served in the United States Army during WWII.

Edgar enjoyed trail biking and quail & pheasant hunting, but most all he loved his family.

Edgar was preceded in death by his 1st wife Ruby and his 2nd wife Josie. He now leaves behind his sons: Rickey and Shawn (wife Wendy) Conaway; grandchildren: Justin, Kyle, Anthony, Talia and Jeremy; his siblings: Annabelle and Harvey; and many extended family & friends.

A time of visitation will be held from 10:00-12:00 Jan. 15, 2012 in the Chapel at Charles Carroll Funeral Home 15 Teloma Dr. Ventura, CA 93003, with Funeral services at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park in Ventura.
