Heaven has called upon you, leaving so many words left to say.  But it's too late, for your time has come, words unspoken; I am sure everybody has a few.  Regrets and wishes are probably there as well, but lasting forever are memories of you.  I tried to be there for you when you needed, just like you would be there for me night or day.  There have been many times that we disagreed, but we were always there for each other anytime we needed. For me it's not Good-Bye its until we meet again in heaven my baby brother.  You said it best..."I love you with every fiber of my being."

Over our time working with Jennifer we have formed relationships  beyond mere colleagues, and feel as though we have lost a dear member of our own family. I worked with Ed for 4 years at Curtiss Wright. I'm proud to say he was a great friend and co-worker he touched our hearts in many ways. It is so hard to loss a friend but he is in peace now and I will miss him dearly. One day we will cross paths again. May God be with his wife and his family in their time of loss.

I worked with Ed for the passed nine years, a real man of integrity, truthful, always willing to help others, great sense of humor, a really happy person, that is the way I will remember him and keep him in my heart.

My sincerest condolences to Jen, Ed's family and friends for the loss of someone they loved and cherished. I never had the opportunity to meet Ed in person, but I felt as though I knew him from the moment I sat next to Jennifer on my first day at work.  She was planning a huge birthday celebration for him, and went to every detail for it to be amazing. She would share funny stories, like the time Ed popped the little girls ball downstairs on accident and felt so guilty for making her cry! Or the time I begged her to tell me the funny story of how they met and got together one more time, because it was so sweet and silly.  I know that in life, life happens, and we aren't always on great terms with one another, but through it all I saw Jen love her husband, take care of him.. and light up when she got funny messages from him through her work day.  My deepest apologies to all for your loss.

I worked with Ed for many years. Overtime we became friends. When my wife passed away two years ago. He was always there supporting me when i needed it most. He would send me text messages letting me know that him and his wife are praying for me. During my low days, he would give me advice and hope. He was also a great mentor at work. All around great person. I can honestly say, I am a better person today from having the privileage of knowing Ed. This is not goodbye...I will see you later my friend!!! For now you will always be missed and remembered... say hello to my wife up there...

On behalf of the Northrop Grumman Joint STARS PME DMS Team, we would like to express our condolences to the Curtiss-Wright team and the Ponce family for Ed Ponce passing away. We knew Ed as a nice person and respected him as a capable skilled engineer.  We have worked with Ed since 2013 as our program ran into various technical issues some of which Ed worked on directly to solve.  Ed was part of a small capable proficient team that Northrop Grumman engineers would work with when we came out to Santa Clarita for program visits.  These trips would only last a few days so work often had to happen fast.   We respected Ed as a capable engineer because he followed good design practices which meant that any issues in his area were solved quickly.  Ed will be missed and we would like to send our condolences to your team and his family.

I am shocked to hear that you are gone just 2 days after we reconnected. We didn't have time to reminisce about our high school adventures but I am glad we were able to see how those 2 young kids from El Paso were able to fulfil our dreams! Rest in peace my friend!

I worked with Ed at CW in Santa Clarita for the six years I was there, and kept in contact after I left.  He and I talked basketball "over the cubicle wall".  Always friendly and respectful, Ed truly was a pleasure to work with.  I am proud to have called Ed both my friend and my colleague.

Our loss is heaven's gain.  Ed's finally in a place that doesn't need a design improvement.  But if it needed one, he'd be the one to do it.

I am deeply sad for the loss of my cousin. My aunt, uncle and cousins always open the doors of their home to me and my family with genuine love. I remember Edgar when he was a kid sitting on the kitchen table studying or building something. Always busy but not too busy to share his kindness smile.

We just heard the tragic news at CW Dayton. I only worked with Ed briefly, but in that short time he impressed me as a skilled engineer and man of integrity. We extend our deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

I had the honor of working with Ed for the briefest moment during his time a Carlton-Bates Co in Austin, TX. He genuinely brought a smile to everyone there. Unbeknownst to Ed, he touched a lot of peoples lives and though we've all lost contact, he will still be remembered. My deepest and sincerest condolences to Jenn and your entire family.

my boyfriend and I met Jenn and Ed when we became downstairs neighbors of the,. When we met for the first time I knew we would devolp a unique friendship which has become much more than just a friendship, they are became family. We have been through so much together good and bad but we our love was unconditional. I know how much Ed loved my girls and how proud He was of them. Ed you will always hold a special place in our hearts and we miss you tremendously. Love you my friend.

Ed and I worked together in the same department and enjoyed for good 10 years at Curtiss Wright and at Tecom. Always helpful. We had become very good friends. Our condolences to his family and especially Jennifer in such a difficult time.

I worked with Ed at Curtiss-Wright for 8 years.  He was always a  great person to work with.  This news is very sad.

Ed is and was a fine engineer with a sharp, dry sense of humor.  All of us at Curtiss Wright miss him with all our hearts.

I worked with Ed at Curtiss-Wright for over 4 years and he was absolutely one of my favorite co-workers. So intelligent, and yet humble. He was always ready with a witty one-liner! He will be greatly missed. Many condolences to his wife, extended family, and friends.

I worked with Ed Ponce at TECOM. Just this last Friday we had a pretty funny conversation about RF Engineers VS Mechanical Engineers, he had a great sense of humor and was well respected and liked by many at TECOM. Although I worked with him for a short period of time his huge personality will not be forgotten. please accept my condolences to his family and friends.
