Elliot Robert Kronoff

Elliot “Buddy” Robert Kronoff, 87, of Ventura CA passed away Thursday, August 24, 2017. Born and raised in Holden MA, Buddy is survived by the love of his life, wife of 64 years, Helen; his daughter Judy Irvin and her husband Tom of Wellfleet MA; his daughter Nancy DeCandia and her partner Beth Ann Suggs of Ventura; his grandson Robert Decandia and his wife Stacey and his great-grandchildren Damien and Michael; and his sister Florence Roy of Bradenton, FL.. He was predeceased by his brother Louis.

Buddy proudly served his country as a Staff Sergeant in the U. S. Marine Corp aboard the USS Midway. He worked most of his life as a machinist in the aerospace industry, retiring from Northrop Corp. He was always ready and able to lend a hand to family, friends and neighbors. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Unity Church of Ventura, 967 E. Main Street, Ventura CA 93001.
