

Maureen Wodarski, 66, of Ventura, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2012, at her home following a lengthy illness. She was born March 19, 1946 to Gerard and Joyce Gullery in London, England. Maureen came from Chicago, Illinois in 1994 and had been a Ventura County resident 17 years.
She was the office manager with Portamedic for 30 years, retiring March of 2012. Maureen was devoted to her family and enjoyed spending time with her eight grandsons as well as her weekly dinners with her girlfriends and playing bingo. She loved writing the local newsletter for the mobile home park where she resided. Maureen attended Our Lady of the Assumption Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas S. Wodarski in 1994. Maureen is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Angie Wodarski of Roselle, Illinois; daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Patrick Brindle of Annapolis, Maryland; daughter, Kelly Reardon of Ventura, California; grandsons, Devin and Colin Wodarski of Roselle, Illinois, Nathan Brindle (deceased in 2006), Jack and Quinlan Brindle of Annaplois, Maryland, Zachary, Alexander and Brady Reardon all of Ventura, California; mother, Joyce Gullery of Ventura, California; brother, Leslie Gullery of Canyon Country, California; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and JoAnn Gullery of Morgan Hill, California.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 2, 2012 from 4:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M., at Ted Mayr Funeral Home 3150 Loma Vista Road, Ventura. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Assumption Church, 3175 Telegraph Rd. Ventura, 11:00 A.M., Saturday, November 3, 2012 with The Reverend Steve Davoren officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Ted Mayr Funeral Home and Crematory.
