Ralph Lourdes Ortiz

Ralph was born February 11, 1935, in Lindsey, CA. Living in Downey, CA, before moving to Ventura where he has resided for the past ten years. He made an honest living dedicating twenty four years in his career as a truck driver in the Construction industry. Ralph loved having BBQ’s, and spending time with his family.

Ralph is survived by his two sons, Ralph Ortiz of Montebello, CA, and Ave Ortiz of Perris, CA; Four daughters, Janus Miller of Newcastle, OK, Stella Olmos of Ventura, CA, Rosa Delgado of Ventura, CA, and Maria Delgado of Los Banos, CA; twenty one grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren. The family would like to give special thanks to his grandchildren, Rich and Victoria Valles for all of their care and love.

A visitation will be held for Ralph on Thursday, October 5, 2017, from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M., with the Rosary being held at 6:30 P.M., at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Road, Ventura, CA. The mass will be the following day on Friday, October 6, 2017, 11:30 A.M., at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, 3175 Telegraph Road, Ventura, CA.
