Caroline enjoyed travelling, reading and gardening and will be fondly remembered for her contagious laugh and dry wit.
She is survived by brother Nigel, nieces Rachel and Leah, and nephew Stefan, and sister Maureen (Lonnie).
Her family are grateful for the first-class care given by Hospice House.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Valley Roman Catholic Church at 11:00 A. M. on Monday, August 19.
