It is with great sadness that we share the passing of David John Renneberg. Born in Saskatchewan the tenth of twelve siblings, David ran a mixed farm until 1973 before moving to Armstrong, BC where he worked as a mechanic and then a salesperson for John Deere Farm Equipment. He is survived by his wife of 67 years Helen (nee Pacsay), and daughters Sheila (Dave) and April (Craig), and many extended family. The times he enjoyed the most – and the memories most treasured by those he leaves behind – were those spent with his six grandchildren and six great grandchildren, sharing with them a love of farming and nature. He planted trees wherever he roamed.
As per David’s wishes, there will be no funeral, and in lieu of flowers, those wishing to do so, may make a donation in his memory to the Vernon Jubilee Foundation at vjhfoundation.org
