Leona J.R. Jones

Our beloved mother Leona passed peacefully away on June 14, 2014. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank, on October 6, 1993. She will be sadly missed by her children, Ryll and husband Wayne who were devoted to and tenderly nursed her, Zenna (Mike), Greg (Norma) and Johnnie (Phyllis); her grandchildren , Stacey (Steve), Lee (Todd), Josh (Chrystal), Pami, Zenna, Christine (Sandro), Jonathan (Lisa) and her many great-grandchildren.

Mom traveled the world with her daughter and constant companion, Ryll, exploring every corner. Always the lady, she was a fabulous baker of world class cinnamon buns and pumpkin pies. Leona loved to read, do crossword puzzles and tend her patio garden. She was a first class chocoholic who enjoyed an occasional glass of wine. She blessed all of us with her presence and will be much missed.
