Born October 12, 1924 at Hanna, Alberta – passed away on November 15, 2010. Marcel leaves to mourn his wife of 64 years Lily, sons Gregory, Bradley, Morley (Alison), daughter Coleen (Stephen) and grandchildren Lynsey, Michael, Janelle, and Jennifer.
Marcel was a WW2 Royal Canadian Navy Veteran. He lived in Prince George from 1952 – 1990 working at the Royal Canadian Legion then the Core of Commissionaires. Fifteen years were then spent in Blind Bay and five years in Vernon. The Miller family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Polson Special for the wonderful care given to Marcel.
Funeral service will be from the Chapel of Vernon Funeral Home, Monday, November 22 at 2:00 p.m. Interment at St. Nicholas’ Cemetery.
