Mary passed away at Gateby Place in Vernon on Friday, February 1st, 2013 at the age of 97 years.
She is survived by: daughter Freda Walker; granddaughter Carly (Marcel) Bouzane; great grandchildren: LeeAnn, Yvonne, Jolyn, Kelly, Jayden, and Nicolas; and by three great-great-grandchildren; extended family and friends. Mary was predeceased by her loving husband, Frederick Umpherville; grandson Warren Walker, brothers: Alexander, Arthur, Hillyard, William, John, Owen, Thomas, Alvin, and Joseph; sisters: Violet, Evalyne, Eliizabeth, Margaret, Florance and Olive.
The funeral service for Mary will be held in the chapel of Pleasant Valley Funeral Home on Friday, February 22nd, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. with The Reverend Canon Chris Harwood-Jones, officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
