Originally from Bury, QC, son of Mary Thompson Smyth and the late Chester Smyth, passed away on January 27, 2017. Ray was involved in a tragic work accident in Lumby, BC.
Among the many who will greatly miss Ray are: daughter Ashley Renton; son-in-law Jamie; grandchildren: Hailley, Denan, Mason, and Karrah, Ryan Norton and family; sister Shirley (Robert Macload); brothers, Larry (Joanne) and Richard (Jeannette); many nieces and nephews; fiancé Grace Wambui and her family from the Vancouver area; and many close friends. The Memorial Service will be held at the Whitevalley Community Center in Lumby, BC on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. We invite all who loved and knew Raymond.
