It is with great sadness we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend. Eldon passed peacefully at home after battling a long illness. Born in St. John’s Newfoundland, Eldon is predeceased by his mother and father and survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Audrey, children David (Lois), Paul (Joanne), Lorna, grandchildren Courtney (Serge), Kelsey (Tristan), Samantha, Shelby, Jacob, great grandchildren Linden, Eli, Mackenzie, sisters June (Don), Olive, brother Hubert. Eldon served 30 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, retiring as CPO1, followed by a 10 year service with the provincial government.
By request of Eldon, no service will be held. If so desired donations can be made to the BC or Canadian Cancer Society in Eldon’s memory.
