Frances Katherine Bardon passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024 surrounded by the love of her family. Frances will be profoundly missed by daughters Terri (David) and Lise, her grandchildren Phillip and Dante, her sister Eileen and countless others whose lives she touched.
A Celebration of Life will be held at First Memorial, 4725 Falaise Drive Victoria BC on Friday January 31, 2025 at 2:00PM.
